Good morning,
Missouri’s redistricting fight reaches the state Supreme Court on Wednesday, with the judges weighing whether voters can force a referendum on the new congressional map.
One legal scholar says the court’s own history offers clues about how it may approach that question. Meanwhile, two county clerks are pushing back on another key argument in the case: that switching back to the old map for November would be technically impossible.
