Good morning,

Missouri lawmakers are racing the clock, and the final hours of session are producing the usual mix of major policy moves, late-stage compromises and unfinished business.

The legislative session ends at 6 p.m.

Senators are moving to take MOScholars out of the treasurer’s office even as they expand it. Local election officials are still waiting for the tools and direction they say is needed to carry out a disputed congressional map. A broad health care bill is headed to Gov. Mike Kehoe after years of stalled proposals. And the state’s largest marijuana company is facing another antitrust lawsuit.
