Another day, another courtroom in Missouri’s map fight

Missouri’s congressional redistricting drama is now running on two legal tracks.

On Thursday, a federal appeals court wrestled with whether there is still time to revive the gerrymandered 2025 congressional map before ballots start going out. A day earlier, Secretary of State Denny Hoskins was hit with another proposed class-action lawsuit, this one seeking damages for voters who cast August primary ballots in districts different from those they’ll use in November.

Rudi Keller has the latest from the 8th Circuit, and I have the details on the newest lawsuit.
